General body repairs, exterior - Edition 06.2019
– Align assembly carrier -1- with centring pins -7 and 8- in cut-
out of door.
– Position bolts. First tighten bolt -9- and then tighten bolt -6-.
– Tighten remaining bolts -arrows- in any sequence.
– Specified torque of bolts -6, 9 and arrows-: 8 Nm.
– Secure door window
– Tighten bolts -4- for door lock.
– Specified torque for bolt -4-: 20 Nm
– Then perform remaining installation in reverse order of remov‐
al.
• Carry out functional test function before installing door trim.
