1.6 Installing the data collector
The data collector will upload valuable information from your machine and email you reminder
for maintenance and allow you to use the user dashboard that shows print activity, Ink levels
and maintenance alerts.
Download the data collector from our website
Run the installation package.
Open the data collector icon:
Select basic settings
Scroll down to General Device Address settings - input the IP address of your printers and on
the drop down list on the left, select Ri 2000.
Keep scrolling down and input your email address and then save. You will now be sent and email
that gives you a link to the user dashboard where you can check the status of your printers.
