Select Yes to enable the connection to EWS to

current day. Only current and future meetings are
displayed. Expired meetings are removed from the
calendar page 15 minutes after their end time.
Select No to disable the connection to EWS.
If your Microsoft Exchange server is based on
Microsoft Office365, you can leave this field as
blank.
If your Microsoft Exchange server is not based on
Microsoft Office365, you must enter the Microsoft
Exchange Server EWS address. The syntax is
usually:
https://<server name>/EWS/Exchange.asmx
For more information, see
address
Enter an email address in the standard format:
name@domain
Depending on the mode of operation, you can
enter:
• A personal email address
• A video endpoint email address
• A delegate email address. For more information,
see
page 225.
Enter a password for the above account.
If you are using Room resource and delegate
account mode, you will have an email account for
the room resource. In this scenario, the XT Series
endpoint is essentially like a physical room. In this
mode, your IT Administrator must set up a delegate
account. This delegate account must be able to see
all calendar items for which this room is added as a
room resource. For more information, see
up a delegate account for a room
If you are using Personal account mode or Video
endpoint account mode, you can leave this field
as blank.
