Cause
1.
A moving part collided against the machine.
2.
The servo motor power cable was
disconnected.
3.
Hunting occurs during servo-lock.
4.
The electromagnetic brake has not been
released. (The electromagnetic brake has
been activated.)
5.
A current larger than the continuous output
current of the servo motor flowed.
6.
The connection destination of the encoder
cable is incorrect.
7.
The servo system is unstable and resonating.
8.
The servo amplifier has malfunctioned.
9.
The encoder or linear encoder has
malfunctioned.

1.3 Handling methods for alarms/warnings
Check/action method
Review the operation pattern to avoid collision.
Check the servo motor power cable, then repair or replace the cable.
Adjust the gain to ensure hunting does not occur.
Refer to the following manual.
MR-J5 User's Manual (Adjustment)
Check if the electromagnetic brake has been released during operation.
Check the effective load ratio.
If the effective load ratio is too high, reduce the load. Alternatively, replace the
servo motor with a larger-capacity servo motor.
Check the connection destinations of CN2A, CN2B, and CN2C.
Adjust gain so the resonance does not occur.
