Cause
1.
The state where the absolute value of the
speed command exceeds the setting value of
[Pr. PSA12 SLS speed 2] continued for the
time set in [Pr. PSA15 Safety sub-function -
Speed detection delay time] or longer during
operation of the SLS function.
2.
Take actions according to the instructions of 5. to 6. in the following item.

Check/action method
Review the parameter or the operation pattern.
Take actions such as setting the speed command to a value equal to or lower
than the value of [Pr. PSA12] or setting [Pr. PSA15] to a longer value.
If in torque control, set the speed limit to a value equal to or lower than the
value of [Pr. PSA12].
