Cause
1.
A servo motor with functional safety is not
connected.
2.
Take actions in accordance with the items shown below.

Check/action method
Check if the encoder cable has been disconnected or has shorted. If there is a
problem with the cable, repair or replace the cable.
Replace the servo amplifier.
Replace the servo motor.
Check the power supply for noise. If there is noise, take countermeasures to
reduce the noise.
