Description
When replacing the Control Panel CPU PCB/the LCD Panel, perform the following remedy.
Field Remedy
Service Mode > COPIER> FUNCTION> PANEL> "TOUCHCHK"
To adjust the coordinate position on the Touch Panel of the Control Panel.
1) Select the item, and then press "OK" key.
2) Press the nine "+" keys in sequence.

1.1.7.1.74 Points to note when replacing TPM PCB

Description
Steps for the replacement of the TPM PCB are different depending on if the TPM key is backed up or not (due to having lost the USB memory with backup data
for example).
If the TPM key is backed up, implement step a) and if the TPM key is not backed up, implement step b).
The works after replacing the TPM PCB are basically done by users.
Field Remedy
a) If the TPM key is backed up
If the TPM PCB failed, the TPM key can be restored on the replaced TPM PCB using the backup data of TPM key which had been created in advance.
1) Restore of the TPM key
1-1) Connect the USB memory with the saved TPM key.
1-2) Select Setting/Registration (login as an administrator) > Data management > TPM setting, and click "Restore TPM key".
