2-2) Click "Yes" and then restart the machine.
3) Backup of the TPM key
Only the USB memory (supported file system: FAT32) can be used as the storage device for the backup file of TPM key. This file requires the memory free space
of several MBs.
3-1) Insert the USB memory to the machine.
[Caution]
Insert only one USB memory. If the backup job is started with 2 or more USB memory connected, a message indicating that the backup failed is displayed.

One USB memory can store multiple backup files for different TPM keys.
3-2) Select Management Setting > Data Management > TPM Setting, and click "Back up TPM key".
