020F jam: Fixing Wrap sensor stationary jam
Cause
When the flap of an envelope is caught in the slot [2] on the guide of the reverse delivery unit [1], the above symptom occurs.
Service work
[Reference] Shape envelopes with hands as shown in below figures before passing them through. Repeating this operation 5 or more times may improve the symp-
tom. Explain to the customer about this operation.
After performing the work below, if an image of high density is printed out with thin coated paper under a high humidity environment, 020F jam may occur.
Perform this work after considering the paper type used by the customer/temperature and humidity environment.
1) Open the front left cover, pull the open/close lever [1] and open the feed guide [2].
2) Open the reverse delivery unit [1], peel the 4 sheets [2] off applied at the center of the guide and clean the area where the sheets used to be applied using alcohol.
