Fehlersuchliste
Fehlerbeschreibung:
Kein Druckaufbau.
Mögliche Ursachen:
1. Zu große Leckage.
2. Zu hoher Instrumentenwiderstand.
3. Undichtes Insufflationssystem.
Maßnahme:
1. Den Fluss-Sollwert vergrößern
(zur Info: wenn der Gasabfluss aus der Kavität
bei dem gewünschten Intraabdominaldruck
größer ist als der eingestellte Fluss-Sollwert,
geht die Insufflationsregelung in die
Flussbegrenzung und der Kavitätsdruck-
Sollwert wird nicht erreicht).
2. Überprüfen Sie, ob ein Instrumentenwechsel
möglich ist
(zur Info: es gibt Situationen, in denen der
bereitgestellte Insufflationsdruck auf Grund
eines hohen Instrumentenwiderstandes und
eines gleichzeitig vorhandenen Gasabflusses
aus der Kavität nicht ausreicht, um den
gewünschten Kavitätsdruck aufzubauen. Je
nach Instrumenten- und Leckagebedingungen
liegen die aktuellen Werte für Druck- und Fluss
unter den Sollwerten).
3. a) Überprüfen Sie die Steckverbindungen
des Zubehörs sowie die Dichtheit des
Trokars. Bei bestandenem Funktionstest
ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit einer losen
Steckverbindung sehr hoch.
b) Wechseln Sie Schlauch/Schlauchset und
führen den Funktionstest durch.
c) Wechseln Sie ggf. den Filter und
wiederholen den Funktionstest.
d) Kontaktieren Sie den Service, wenn die
Undichtigkeit weiterhin besteht.

Troubleshooting
Description of error:
No pressure build-up.
Possible causes:
1. Excessively large leak.
2. Excessively high instrument resistance.
3. Leaky insufflation system.
Measure:
1. Increase the flow setpoint value
(for information: if the gas outflow from
the cavity with the desired intraabdominal
pressure is larger than the set flow setpoint
value, the insufflation regulation goes to flow
limitation and the cavity pressure setpoint
value is not achieved).
2. Check whether it is possible to change the
instrument (for information: there are situations
in which the insufflation pressure provided is
not sufficient to build up the desired cavity
pressure due to a high level of instrument
resistance and simultaneous gas outflow.
Depending on the instrument and leak
conditions, the current values for pressure and
flow are below the setpoint values).
3. a) Check the connections of the accessories
and the leakproofness of the trocar. If the test
for proper functioning is passed, the likelihood
of a loose connection is very high.
b) Change the tube/tube set and perform a
test for proper functioning.
c) If necessary, change the filter and repeat
the test for proper functioning.
d) Contact service if the leak remains.

No se genera presión.
Causas posibles:
1. Fuga demasiado grande.
2. Resistencia excesiva del instrumento.
3. Sistema de insuflación no estanco.
Acción:
1. Aumente el valor nominal del flujo.
(Información: si, con la presión intraabdominal
deseada, la salida de gas fuera de la cavidad
es mayor que el valor nominal ajustado de
flujo, la regulación de la insuflación cambia a
la limitación del flujo y no se alcanza el valor
nominal de presión cavitaria.)
2. Compruebe si es posible cambiar el instrumento.
(Información: en determinadas situaciones,
la presión de insuflación proporcionada no
es suficiente para generar la presión cavitaria
deseada, dado que la resistencia del instru-
mento es demasiado alta y, al mismo tiempo,
se produce una salida de gas fuera de la
cavidad. En función de las características del
instrumento y de la fuga, los valores actuales
de presión y de flujo se situarán por debajo de
los valores nominales.)
3. a) Compruebe las conexiones de enchufe de
los accesorios y la estanqueidad del trocar. En
caso de haberse superado la prueba de fun-
cionamiento, muy probablemente existe una
conexión de enchufe suelta.
b) Cambie el tubo flexible/set de tubos flexi-
bles por uno nuevo y ejecute la prueba de
funcionamiento.
c) Si es necesario, cambie el filtro por uno
nuevo y repita la prueba de funcionamiento.
d) Si la falta de estanqueidad persiste, pónga-
se en contacto con el Servicio Técnico.
