Einlegen für 5 Minuten in Kaltwasser
Zum Lösen getrockneter organischer Rückstände
muss das Medizinprodukt für mindestens
5 Minuten in kaltes Wasser (10-20 °C) eingelegt
werden.
Bürsten der Oberflächen
Sichtbare Kontamination bzw. grobe
Verschmutzungen müssen mit Hilfe einer Bürste
oder eines Schwammes unter fließend kaltem
Wasser von den Oberflächen entfernt werden.
Durchspülen mittels Wasserdruckpistole
Arbeitskanal, Lumen und Hohlräume müssen mit
einer Wasserdruckpistole unter Verwendung eines
geeigneten Spülaufsatzes gespült werden. Zum
Spülen muss ein gepulster Wasserstrahl mit min-
destens 2,5 bar für 3 mal 5 Sekunden verwendet
werden. Dazu eignet sich die Reinigungspistole
mit Zubehör (Art.-Nr. 27660).
8. 2. 3. 4 Manuelle Reinigung
Das Medizinprodukt muss vollständig in eine
Reinigungslösung eingetaucht werden. Zur
Sicherstellung einer blasenfreien Benetzung
sind Lumen gezielt zu Befüllen. Zum Ende der
Einwirkzeit erfolgt die mechanische Reinigung
mit Hilfe von Bürsten oder Schwamm. Eine
abschließende Spülung mit kaltem Wasser zur
Neutralisation ist erforderlich.
8. 2. 3. 5 Manuelle Desinfektion
Das Medizinprodukt muss vollständig in eine
Desinfektionslösung eingetaucht werden. Zur
Sicherstellung einer blasenfreien Benetzung
sind Lumen gezielt zu Befüllen. Am Ende
der Einwirkzeit muss das Medizinprodukt
mehrfach gespült werden, um sämtliche
Chemikalienrückstände zu entfernen. Hierfür
ist Wasser bestmöglicher Qualität unter
Berücksichtigung länderspezifischer Regularien zu
verwenden. Abschließend erfolgt eine vollständige
Trocknung aller Oberflächen, Gelenke, Öffnungen,
Kanäle und Lumen mit (bevorzugt medizinischer)
Druckluft nach länderspezifischen Regularien.
Dazu eignet sich die Reinigungspistole mit
Zubehör (Art.-Nr. 27660).

Reprocessing
Immersion in cold water for 5 minutes
To dissolve dried organic residues, immerse
the medical device in cold water (10-20 °C) for
5 minutes.
Brushing the surfaces
Any visible contamination or heavy soiling of the
surfaces must be removed by cleaning them
under cold running water with the aid of a brush
or sponge.
Rinsing out with a pressure water gun
The working channel, lumina and hollow spaces
must be rinsed using a pressure water gun and a
suitable rinsing attachment. For rinsing, use pulses
of at least 3 x 5 seconds from a jet of water with
a pressure of at least 2.5 bar. The cleaning gun
with accessories (Art. no. 27660) is ideal for this
purpose.

The medical device must be completely immersed
in a cleaning solution. To ensure bubble-free
wetting, the lumens must be filled. After the
necessary exposure time, clean the instrument
mechanically with the aid of brushes or a sponge.
Finally, it must be rinsed with cold water to ensure
neutralization.
8. 2. 3. 5 Manual disinfection
The medical device must be completely immersed
in a disinfectant solution. To ensure bubble-free
wetting, the lumens must be filled. At the end of
the necessary exposure time, the medical device
must be rinsed several times in order to remove all
chemical residues. To this end, water of the best
possible quality must be used, taking into account
the national regulations. Finally, all of the surfaces,
joints, openings, channels and lumina are dried
completely with (preferably sterile) compressed air
in accordance with the national regulations. The
cleaning gun with accessories (Art. no. 27660) is
ideal for this purpose.

Sumergir en agua fría durante 5 minutos
Para facilitar la eliminación de los residuos
orgánicos resecos, sumerja el producto médico en
agua fría (10-20 °C) durante 5 minutos.
Cepillado de las superficies
Elimine la contaminación visible y la suciedad más
gruesa de las superficies utilizando para ello un
cepillo o una esponja bajo agua corriente fría.
Enjuague mediante pistola de agua a presión
El canal de trabajo, el lumen y los espacios hue-
cos han de enjuagarse con una pistola de agua
a presión provista de un adaptador de irrigación
adecuado. Para efectuar el enjuague, aplique un
chorro de agua por impulsos alternos 3 veces
durante 5 segundos cada vez, con 2,5 bares
como mínimo. A tal efecto se recomienda la pisto-
la de limpieza con accesorios (n.º de art. 27660).
8. 2. 3. 4 Limpieza manual
Sumerja completamente el producto médico en
una solución de limpieza. Llene los lúmenes para
asegurar una humectación sin burbujas. Una
vez concluido el tiempo de aplicación, efectúe la
limpieza mecánica con cepillos o una esponja. Por
último, enjuague con agua fría para asegurar la
neutralización.
8. 2. 3. 5 Desinfección manual
Sumerja completamente el producto médico en
una solución desinfectante. Llene los lúmenes
para asegurar una humectación sin burbujas. Una
vez concluido el tiempo de aplicación, enjuage el
producto médico repetidas veces para eliminar
todos los residuos de productos químicos. Para
ello, utilice agua de la mejor calidad posible
teniendo en cuenta las reglamentaciones
específicas de cada país. Finalmente, realice
un secado completo de todas las superficies,
articulaciones, orificios, canales y lúmenes con aire
comprimido (preferentemente para uso médico),
de acuerdo con las reglamentaciones específicas
de cada país. A tal efecto, se recomienda
emplear la pistola de limpieza con accesorios
(n.º de art. 27660).
