Aufstellen und
Bedienhinweise
1. Den Netzschalter 1 betätigen.
Nach dem Einschalten erscheint zunächst
ein Bildschirm mit dem KARL STORZ
Logo (Abb. 13). Auf diesen folgt ein weißer
Bildschirm.
In dieser Zeit führt das Gerät einen Selbst test
durch. Bei erfolgreichem Abschluss des Tests
ertönt ein akustisches Bereitschaftssignal und es
erscheint ein Modus-Auswahlbildschirm (Abb. 14).
2. Den gewünschten Modus wählen.

WARNUNG: Aus Sicherheitsgründen
darf das Gerät nur verwendet werden,
wenn unmittelbar nach Betätigung der
Modusauswahl das Bereitschaftssignal zu
hören war!

Im Fehlerfall
Im Fehlerfall erscheint der ausgewählte Bildschirm
mit einer Fehlermeldung (hier exemplarisch am
HIGH FLOW-Modus gezeigt – Abb. 15/16).
Wenn kein Gas angeschlossen oder der
Eingangsdruck zu niedrig ist, erscheint die
Warnung »zu niedriger Eingangsdruck« (Abb. 15).
Dann überprüfen, ob die Flasche geöffnet ist oder
ersetzt werden muss.

Wenn die Gasversorgung verspätet sichergestellt
wurde, hat sich der Einschalttest verzögert und
der Benutzer wird über die Meldung 110 infor-
miert, dass die Tests noch aktiv sind (Abb. 16).
1 HINWEIS: Der bestimmungsgemäße
Gebrauch ist erst nach erfolgreichem
Abschluss der Tests möglich.

1. Press the power switch 1.
Once the device has been switched on, the
first thing that is displayed on the screen is the
KARL STORZ logo (Fig. 13). After this, a white
screen appears.
The device is now running a self-test. Once the
test has been successfully completed, an acoustic
availability signal sounds and a mode selection
screen appears (Fig. 14).
2. Select the desired mode.
• 'PEDIATRICS' (see Fig. 18, page 29)
• 'HIGH FLOW' (see Fig. 19, page 29)
• Procedure list (see Fig. 20, page 29)

confirmed by an audio sound.

WARNING: For safety reasons, the device
may only ever be used if, immediately
after selecting the mode, the acoustic
availability signal sounded!
See section 9.1.5.
In the event of an error
In the event of an error, the selected screen
appears with an error message (shown here for
the HIGH FLOW Mode by way of example –
Fig. 15/16).
If no gas is connected or if the input pressure
is too low, the warning 'Input pressure too low'
appears (Fig. 15).
At that point, check whether the bottle is open or
must be replaced.
If the gas supply was secured with a delay, the
switch-on test is delayed and the user is notified
via message 110 that the tests are still active
(Fig. 16).

1. Accione el interruptor de red 1.
Después de la conexión, en primer lugar
aparece una pantalla con el logotipo de
KARL STORZ (fig. 13). A continuación, aparece
una pantalla blanca.
Durante este tiempo, el aparato lleva a cabo un
test automático. En caso de finalizar el test con
resultados positivos, suena una señal acústica de
estado dispuesto y aparece una pantalla de selec-
ción del modo (fig. 14).
2. Seleccione el modo deseado.
• "PEDIATRÍA" (véase fig. 18, página 29)
• "HIGH FLOW" (véase fig. 19, página 29)
• Lista de procedimientos (véase fig. 20, página 29)

CUIDADO: Por razones de seguridad,
solo debe utilizar el aparato si ha oído la
señal de estado dispuesto inmediatamen-
te después de la confirmación de la selec-
ción del modo. Véase la sección 9.1.5.
En caso de error
En caso de error aparece la pantalla seleccionada
con un mensaje de error (aquí se muestra a título
de ejemplo en el modo HIGH FLOW – figs. 15/16).
Si no se ha conectado el gas o la presión de
entrada es demasiado baja, aparece el aviso
"Input pressure too low" (presión de entrada
demasiado baja) (fig. 15).
En ese caso, compruebe si la botella está abierta
o si debe ser substituida.
Si la alimentación de gas se ha asegurado con
retraso, el test de inicio se demora y el sistema
muestra el mensaje 110, el cual informa al usua-
rio de que los tests aún siguen estando activos
(fig. 16).
