13) Click the 'RUN(▶)' button to initiate nucleic acid extraction.
14) After the extraction is complete, remove the samples (Diagnostic Kit tubes containing eluted material)
and immediately run real-time PCR.
15) Pull out the Base Plate and remove all accessories including Elution tubes, Buffer Cartridges and Tips.
After all accessories are removed, push the Base Plate back completely and close the door.
16) Press the 'UV-On' button to initiate UV sterilization of the instrument chamber.
