    AllInOneCycler Thermal Block VIII. User Maintenance 1. Cleaning the main body Note  Power off the AllInOneCycler Thermal Block, and then remove the power cord.  Allow the instrument to cool until the hot-top cover and bath block reach room temperature.

    AllInOneCycler Thermal Block 2. Cleaning the Hot-top Cover  Clean the hot-top cover once a month or as needed. During instrument operation, the temperature of the hot-top cover can be as high as 110°C, and the temperature of the bath block can be as high as 100°C. Before cleaning instrument, ensure that the hot-top cover and bath block reach room temperature.
  • Page 64 AllInOneCycler Thermal Block Procedure (1) Turn off the instrument and disconnect the power cord from the back of the AllInOneCycler ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD Severe electrical shock, which could cause physical injury or death, can result from working on an instrument when the high voltage power supply is operating. To avoid electrical shock, disconnect the power supply to the instrument, unplug the power cord, and wait at least 1 minute before working on the instrument.
