The program will automatically allocate the NTC and PC wells. The default setting is one (1) each of
NTC and PC. The number of NTC and PC wells can be changed through the ExiStation™ Manager
Software.

Samples needing re-examination will be displayed during this step. Select the samples to re-examine
and the software will automatically assign them to the appropriate wells.
9)
The locations of the non-template control (NTC) and positive control (PC) will be automatically allocated.
The default settings are one each of NTC and PC. To modify the default NTC and PC replicates, go to
the Config>Settings menu of the ExiStation™ Manager Software window.
