Click the pull-down arrow for 'Diagnosis Kit.' A popup will appear.

Select the diagnostic kit to be used for the experiment from the pull-down menus.

Select and verify the 'Sample Source Type' selection. A popup prompting user input on the usage of the
Buffer Cartridges will appear. Inspect the Buffer Cartridges and mark the used wells by clicking on the
corresponding locations. Select 'OK' to finish.
