Fault
When all LEDs are OFF fault is,
power for control/input is OFF.
When ST(M) LED is red fault is,
component failure inside SI unit.
When ST(M) LED is flashing red
fault is either,
Valve is in short circuit or open
circuit i.e. valve is broken.
Valve ON/OFF counter has
exceeded the set value.
When ST(M) LED is flashing
red/green fault is,
communication error between SI
and I/O units.
When PWR LED is red fault is,
abnormal power voltage for
control/input.
When PWR(V) LED is red fault
is, abnormal power voltage for
output.
When MS is green and NS is
OFF fault is, communication
error.
When MS is green and NS is
flashing green fault is device is
online, but connection cannot be
established.
When MS is red and NS is OFF
fault is, component failure inside
SI unit.
When MS is green and NS is red
TM
fault is a critical DeviceNet
communication error
When MS is green and NS is
flashing red fault is a non-critical
TM
DeviceNet
communication
error
Check
Check if power supply for
control/input is connected.
–
Check cause by PLC or HT
For details refer to system
diagnostics data.
Check for a loose connection
between units.
Check the power supply.
Check the power supply.
Check for node address
duplication.
Check communication speed
used by PLC and slave are the
same
Check the following:
PLC is operating normally
If a scan list is used on the
network, check that the slave
is correctly registered on the
scan list.
–
Check:
Is the node address set
correctly?
Is the communication speed of
the PLC and the slave unit the
same?
Is the cable length within
specification?
Is the wiring including cables
and connections, correct?
Have the correct terminators
been used?
Is communication protected
from noise?
