Setting and adjustment

Setting procedure
Loosen the screw for the switch protection cover (indicated with an arrow).
Open the cover with a flat blade screwdriver.
Set switches as stated in the following pages.
Use a small point precision screwdriver to set switches.
After setting the switches replace the switch protection cover and tighten the screw.
(Tightening torque: 0.3 to 0.4 N•m)
Address and data rate setting switches
The switch settings become effective when power is applied to the unit.
Address setting switch: Sets DeviceNet™ node address.
Data rate setting switch: Sets DeviceNet™ communication speed.
When adjusting the switch, make sure not to touch
other parts other than the setting switch. Failure can
be caused by damaged parts or short circuit.
Ensure the power is turned OFF before setting
switches.
All switches are set to OFF or 0 when delivered
(factory setting). Perform the switch settings before
use.
When foreign matter or water droplets are observed
near the switch protection cover clean and dry area
before opening the cover.
