Joint #5 & #6
(1) Remove the Arm #4 Cover.
Timing Belt
Removal
(2) Remove the bolts of the motor plate.

(1) Insert the motor unit to its original position in the Manipulator.
Timing Belt
(2) Set the timing belt on the pulley and loosely fasten the motor plate with the bolts.
Installation
(3) Apply the specified tension to the timing belt and firmly fasten the motor plate.
(4) Check the belt tension.
(5) Mount the Arm #4 Cover.

For details, refer to the Maintenance 3.4 Arm #4 Cover.
Pull the motor unit so that it is leaning towards
you and remove the timing belt from the pulley.
GT-SA bolt: 2-M4×16 (with M4 washer)
GT-SA bolt: 2-M4×16 (with M4 washer)
Tightening torque : 2.8 N·m (0.29 kgf·m)
Belt tension : 19.6 ~ 26.5 N (2.0 ~2.7 kgf)
