Series
The instrument can be controlled 4 components. For each component, two outputs
are available:
Instant output for solenoid valve
Delayed output for pump control
The output logic is described in Figure 37.
Specifically, the outputs are controlled in the following sequence:
As soon the operator starts the automatic dosing of the component, the
instrument checks the necessary conditions for the beginning of dosing.
If the agreement is positive, automatic self-tare is made and the
corresponding valve output is activated (eg. ingredient 1: OUT 1).
After 2000 ms the output corresponding to pump is activated (eg.
ingredient 1: OUT 5)
Both outputs remain active until the scale indicates a net weight equal to
the setpoint minus the amount of in flight and pre-action:
Obtained this value, the output of the pump (delayed out) is deactivated.
At this point the pump is off, the valve open to allow the product to flow in
the pipe.
At this point the product that falls continues to increase the value of the
scale up to the achievement of a net weight equal to the setpoint value
less the amount of in flight:
