5.7 Setting of the scraper
The scraper (1) can be adjusted to ensure a neat transfer
of crop from the centre rotor to the right rear rotor.
•
Loosening the screw coupling (2) adjusts the height
of the scraper.
•
Loosening the screw connections (3) moves the
baffle plate forwards or backwards.
5.8 Adjusting the Compensation
Springs on the Rear Rotor
• The compensation spring should only
be adjusted in the headland position of
the rear rotor. In working position, the
compensation springs are under a high
tension.
The compensation spring (1) is used to adjust the
ground pressure of the rear rotor.
To adjust the compensation spring, move
the rear rotor to the headland position.
This is the only position in which a
change can and may be made to the pre-
tensioning of the compensation springs.

• Taking off the compensation springs
when the mower is in working position
can cause serious injury.
• The lower screw-in sections of the
compensation springs must be
completely screwed in.
