Installation
If the adapter is mounted on the field device, use the two wires supplied to make the
connection.
If the adapter is to be mounted separately, standard installation cable can be used. If strong
electromagnetic interference is to be expected (machines, walkie-talkies), use shielded,
twisted pairs. Connect the shield to the ground terminal.

Note!
The secondary cable entry in the base of the adapter should be used in following situations:
if the adapter is mounted separately on a wall or pipe
for the power cables when the field device is operating in a control loop
