PCI Express Connector

The pinout of x16 PCI Express edge connector is as defined in the PCI Express Card
Electromechanical Specification Revision 3.0 with the exception that PCIe lanes [15:8] are
defined as a second PCIe link, lanes [7:0] respectively. On the base board, these are routed
to CPU2 as previously noted in this document.
