16. Keep the cut edge with the lot number embossed on it. You will need this number to register the
developer lot number on the machine.
17. While turning the knob slowly, pour in one pack of developer from one end of the development
unit to the other.
18. Make sure that the developer is evenly distributed across the length of the roller.
19. Continue to turn the knob several times to prevent clumping in the developer.
