Bypass Tray Paper End Detection Mechanism

• When paper is set in the bypass tray, the top of the stack pushes up the paper feeler that switches
on the paper end sensor mounted next to the pick-up roller (this detects paper in the tray).
• After the last sheet of the stack feeds, the feeler drops into a slot in the tray, the paper end sensor
goes off and signals paper end.
