Using the Preset Function

Saving the Current Settings in Presets

The settings configured in the setup for the object to be printed on can be saved as a preset. You can save up to 40
different presets.
The following settings can be saved.
• Base (home) position to be set up every time

• Height of the object to be printed on (thickness)

• Print area (including the printing base position)

• Base printing position
P. 36「3.Set the lower-right corner of the object to be printed on to the base printing position.」

• Continuous printing

• Fixed-width printing

You can assign a name to each preset. Using the names of the objects to be printed on for these presets may
aid recognition.
Procedure
1.
Set up the object to be printed on (height position, print area), and then check that [SETUP] is lit.
2.
Press [MENU].

Press [▶] once, and then press [▼] twice to display the screen shown below.

Press [▶] to display the screen shown below.

Decide on the preset number.

Press [▲] or [▼] to select from "NAME1" to "NAME40."
(2)
Press [ENTER] to confirm your entry.
The current menu settings are saved, and then the screen shown below appears.

Set the preset name.

Press [▲] or [▼] to select a character.
(2)
When you have selected the character you want to enter, press [▶].
The characters you can enter are "A" through "Z," "0" through "9," and the "-" character.
(3)
Press [▲] or [▼] to select the next character.
Select the following characters in the same way. You can enter up to 15 characters, including spaces.
