SERVICING
5. Disassembling
2. Remove the SCV (1) carefully from the supply
pump housing.
NOTE
• No foreign materials shall be attached inside
the supply pump and on the SCV mounting
surface during SCV replacement.
• After removal, keep the removed part of
supply pump side without wipe with waste
cloth.
• Do not work with slanted and insufficient
installation of hexagon wrench. (Do not
crush the hexagon socket.)
• Confirm that no O-ring remains at the supply
pump body side. To be removed if remained.

5.22 Removing supply pump

1. Remove the fuel feed pump (1).

5.23 Removing oil cooler

Tools required
• Filter wrench
1. Remove the oil filter cartridge (1) with the filter
wrench.
(1) Oil filter cartridge
2. Remove the oil cooler joint screw (5).
3. Remove the water hoses (2) (3).
4. Remove the oil cooler (4).
(2) Water hose
(3) Water hose
(4) Oil cooler
4. ENGINE
(5) Oil cooler joint screw
