4. ENGINE
Symptom
The engine revolution is not
smooth
The exhaust gas is white or blue
There is oil leakage into the ex-
haust pipe or suction pipe
The exhaust gas is black or dark
gray
The output is deficient

Probable cause
The fuel filter is clogged
The air cleaner is clogged
Fuel leakage because of loose
injection pipe retaining nut
The supply pump is damaged
The injector is damaged
The turbocharger bearing is worn
out
The turbocharger shaft is bent
The turbocharger fin or other part
has a damage because of un-
wanted materials
Too much engine oil
The piston ring, piston and cylin-
der is worn out
The oil pipe is clogged or has a
damage
The piston ring seal of the turbo-
charger is damaged
Filter comp (DPF) is damaged
Overload
The grade of the fuel is low
The fuel filter is clogged
The air cleaner is clogged
The injector is damaged
The moving parts of engine have
a seizure
