3.2.2 Reset Sources

The MB89950 series of microcontrollers have the following reset sources.
(1) External pin
(2) Specification by software
(3) Power-on
(4) Watchdog function
When the stop mode is cleared by reset or power-on reset (optionally selected), operation is started after
elapse of the oscillation stabilization time.

OPERATION
When a Low level is input to the RST pin
When 0 is written at the RST bit of the standby-control register
Power on when the power-on reset option is selected
When the watchdog function is enabled by the watchdog-control register
and reaccess to this register is not obtained within the specified time
