The MB89950 series of microcontrollers are mid-range of microcontroller. They are

general-purpose and high-speed products in the F MC-8L Family series of 8-bit single-
chip microcontrollers operating at low voltages. It has UART, PWM, LCD controller and etc.
This manual covers the functions and operations of the MB89950 series of microcontrollers.
