[813] Floating Number Assignment
Description
Assigns the floating numbers for the External Pager, Digital Test Access (DTA), External
Ringer, Pilot Number, modem and Hunting Groups. These numbers can be used the same way
extension numbers are used for station access.
Selection
• Floating station:
Pager 1 / Pager 2 / Pager 3
through 32 / DTA
• Floating number:
2 to 4 digits / No floating number
Default
Pager 1=296; Pager 2=297; Pager 3=396;
Pager 4=397; Ringer 1=298; Ringer 2=398; Modem=299;
DTA=399; Hunt Grp. 01 through 32= Not Stored
Programming
1.
Enter 813.
Display: FLT EXT NO.
2.
Press NEXT to programme Pager 1.
Display example: Pager 1: EXT296
To programme another floating station, keep pressing NEXT or PREV until the desired
floating station is displayed.
3.
Enter a floating number.
To programme no floating number, press CLEAR.
To change the current entry, press CLEAR and the new floating number.
4.
Press STORE.
5.
To programme another floating station, keep pressing NEXT or PREV until the desired
floating station is displayed.
6.
Repeat steps 3 through 5.
7.
Press END.
