2 Selects the result when an outside call is
routed by Call Forwarding to a voice
mail port which is in Automated
Attendant (AA) service mode. [For both
Inband and Digital Proprietary
Telephone (DPT) Integration]

The mode will change to the Voice Mail
(VM) service mode and a Follow-On ID
is sent.
When the voice mail port is in VM
service mode, this program is not
affected.
3 Selects the result when an outside call is
routed to a voice mail port by IRNA.
[For both Inband and DPT Integration]
When the voice mail port is in VM
service mode:

The mode will change to the AA service
mode. [Only when Inband]
When the voice mail port is in AA
service mode:

The mode will change to the VM service
mode and a Follow-On ID is sent.
