7-2-3 Air filter

The air filter is placed in the air-cooling intake vent of this product. (1 filter on the controller, 1 filter on the head)
„ Effect from deterioration
The air filter soiled with dust may reduce the cooling effect of the air-cooling fan. This may cause the marking performance
to degrade, or failure of the laser marker.
„ Replacement interval
• There is a broken part, or contamination that cannot be removed by cleaning.

Clean air filters regularly according to the usage environment.
1.
Turn OFF the key switch of the controller, and
disconnect the AC power cable.
2.
Loosen the screws of front panel at 2
positions, and remove them.
3.
Remove the filter.
One filter for head and controller each
4.
Clean the filter with neutral detergent and air-
dry it.
5.
Attach the dried filter onto the front panel,
and tighten it with the screws.
Tightening torque: 0.3 N·m
• Do not attach the filter when it is wet. This may cause the cooling capacity to degrade, or failure of the laser marker.
• Do not operate the laser marker without the filters. It may cause a product failure.
