Printing a Service Report
Use the following procedure to print a service report after completing any of the
diagnostic tests.
1.
Open the DIAGNOSTIC TESTS window as described in
on page
2.
Select Service Report and press Enter.
Updating the Software
Software updates are provided on an SD card. Perform a software update as
described in this section.
NOTE:
The AC power must be connected while you are updating the software through
the SD card.
Accessing the Software Update
1.
Insert the SD card with the software update in the SD card slot in the rear panel
as shown in the following photograph.
The gold contacts are face-down.
2.
On the Main Menu, press System Configuration.
