These are all the functions that exist on the monitor. When the functions are enabled, the screens will be
as shown. The installer must select the icons that they wish to activate, according to the requirements of
the installation. The descriptions and functions of these icons will be expanded upon in the various chapters
of the manual.

3.1.9.5 General Settings. Installer Settings ALARM SETTINGS
The Alarm settings function allows you to confi gure the various Sensor Unit Modules and their
parameters.
The monitor can manage a proprietary Fermax alarm via its Sensor Unit Module, which allows
up to 16 areas to be managed.
The monitor communicates with the Sensor Unit Module using a proprietary protocol via an RS-
485 interface. Up to 4 Sensor Unit Modules can be managed, for a total of 64 areas.

Parameters of Alarm Settings. With regard to the Sensor Unit Module, it is possible to confi gure
the following parameters:
Address. Sensor Unit Module Address from 0 to 3. [0] by default.
Area. Up to 16 areas can be managed by a Sensor Unit Module. It is possible to manage a
maximum of 4 Sensor Unit Modules (Sensor Unit 1, Sensor Unit 2, Sensor Unit 3 and Sensor
Unit 4).
Name. Description or name of the area, (16 characters maximum).
