the event object
0 means the first ADAM-5000/TCP, 1 means second,
2 means third, and so on. The ordinal is implied when
calling "ADAM5KTCP_Add5KTCPForStream()"
function.
counts how many stream data have arrival
ADAM5KTCP.DLL
specify the IP Address of ADAM-5000/TCP which
sends the stream data.
