SIP Line Service

The PRI Gateway interacts with Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) line
service to facilitate the interactions with PSTN networks.
SIPL Package (417) resides on the same hardware platforms as
supported in Release 5.5 with addition to Linux commercial off-the-shelf
(COTS) servers, Common Processor Pentium Mobile (CP PM), Common
Processor Media Gateway (CP MG), and Common Processor Dual Core
(CP DC) cards. Both the SIP Line Gateway and Element Manager reside
on the supported Servers.
