D-channel configuration on MSDL card.
MSDL= NTBK51AA/NTBK51CA downloadable D-channel
daughterboard.
TMDI is not supported for the PRI Gateway.
The physical card for the digital loop association to the PRI
Gateway.
The format is: superloop, shelf number, card number.
ATTENTION
Even card numbers are applicable (2, 4, 6, 8).
Port number of the NTBK51AA/NTBK51CA for the
D-channel.
This D-channel is used for Primary Rate only.
Interface type for the D-channel.

Loop number for the D-channel. (See PRI2 loop number.)
