By means of the display and by printing reports, the facsimile machine enables you to check on most of the
transmission and reception operations carried out.
These reports represent a record that enables you to check the date and time of a transaction, the number
and size of documents handled and other useful information.
You can choose whether to print the reports automatically or not. If you decide to, remember that the print
format of each report - irrespective of the amount of information - is a single sheet and that the report will not
be printed automatically in any of the following conditions: paper out, print head missing; no ink left, cover open,
paper jam, power failure or interruption of the operating procedure. In these cases, you can ask to display or
print it following the procedures described in the following sections.

To display the data and print the reports:

REPORTS

The "AVAILABLE FUNCTIONS" column lists the functions exactly as they appear on the display, while the full
indication is given in the "Menu access keys" section of the "GETTING TO KNOW THE FACSIMILE MACHINE"
chapter. The functions can be selected independently without having to follow the order in which they are
presented in the manual.
Within each function, you can display or print the data stored. The keys used are the following:
