TRANSMISSION
If you hear a beep and the error LED comes on, this means that an error has occurred (e.g. an interruption
in the connection). If this is the case, simultaneously press LINE STATUS and STOP (to switch off
the led) and repeat the transmission procedure.
TRANSMISSION FROM THE ADF
This method of transmission is recommended for long documents that would occupy a large part of the
memory. Insert the document, call the correspondent, wait for the end of the operation and then pick up the
document and continue to work on it, if necessary.

The facsimile machine is on. The document has been inserted and prepared for transmission (see the
"BEFORE TRANSMISSION/COPYING" chapter). The "AUTOMATIC STORING" parameter is disabled.
Position the mask (right-hand section of the console) to display the function keys.

Call the correspondent in one of the three ways listed
below:
a.
by typing the correspondent's facsimile number
(max. 32 digits) e.g. 0124 56888 on the numeric
keypad and pressing START to confirm, or:
b.
by lowering the mask (right-hand section of the
console) and pressing the one-touch dialling key
under which the correspondent's facsimile
number was stored (keys 01-24). The display
shows the number associated with the key for a
few seconds.
c.
by pressing SPEED DIAL followed by the speed
dialling code under which the correspondent's
facsimile number was stored (codes 01-60),
e.g. 25. The display shows the number
associated with the code for a few seconds.
