Note:
To identify the document, it must have been stored. The "Doc. Ref." column shows the document's
reference number. In this case, the document can be printed or deleted.
1. Follow steps 1, 2 and 3 of the display procedure.
2. Press CLEAR to delete the document.
The reference data is always deleted, while the docu-
ment is only deleted if it has been stored. The facsimile
machine, after displaying the message "END OF LIST"
for a few seconds, returns to the "MEMORY STATUS"
menu functions.
3. Press STOP once to quit the menu.
Indicates the specific nature of the document.
Document sent from the ADF by polling.
Reference number of document sent from the memory by polling.
Indicates the number of pages in the document.
Document sent from the ADF (number of pages not counted).
Number of pages in the document.
The first three digits indicate the number of correspondents that have
received the document, while the last three indicate the total number
of correspondents to whom the document will be sent.
Indicates the type of transmission.
Secure polling.
Free polling.
