PROGRAMMING
If the speed dialling codes or one-touch dialling keys
have not been programmed, the following messages
will appear, respectively, on the display:
"CODE NOT PROGRAMMED" or "KEY NOT PRO-
GRAMMED".
11. Press CONFIRM to confirm the setting.
12. Repeat steps 10 and 11 for each speed dialling code
or one-touch dialling key to be added to the program
key 2 or move straight on to the next step.
13. Press START to set the facsimile machine for stor-
age of the graphic definition parameters.
14. Press ∨ ∨ ∨ ∨ ∨ or ∧ ∧ ∧ ∧ ∧ to select one of the two alternatives
(YES/NO) and then press START to confirm the
selection made.
. If you select "Yes" , the display shows the message:
"SET PARAMETERS" on the second line. Set the
graphic definition parameters following the proce-
dure described in the "BEFORE TRANSMISSION/
COPYING" chapter and then press START to
confirm them. The setting is stored without being
shown on the display.
. If you select "NO", move straight on to the next step.
15. Having entered the parameters for program key 2,
the facsimile machine is automatically set for pro-
gramming the next program key.
Repeat the procedure from step 5 if you want to
continue programming the remaining keys, or:
press STOP once to return to the "STORING FAX/
PHONE NUMBERS" menu functions, or:
press STOP twice to quit the menu .
