CHECKING THE PRINT HEAD NOZZLES

The first thing you must do if the print quality deteriorates is to check the print head nozzles.
o The facsimile machine is on and in stand-by. Position the mask (right-hand section of the console) to
display the function keys.
1. Press PRINT.

2. Press
3. Press START.
The facsimile machine starts testing the cartridge nozzles. The result of the diagnostic test is printed.
Below is an illustration of the type of diagnostic test and the action to be taken - should problems arise - to restore
printing quality.
