Press REPORT.
Press ∨ ∨ ∨ ∨ ∨ twice to display the "ACTIVITY REPORT" function.

Press PRINT. The report will be printed.

Press STOP to quit the menu.

Place the document in the ADF.
2.
Call your correspondent by entering his facsimile number (max.32 digits) on the numeric keypad.

Press START to confirm the setting.

The document will be stored automatically.
Once stored, make a note of the reference number which appears for a few seconds in the bottom
right-hand corner. This number may be used later for deleting or retransmitting the document .
1. Press MEM. STAT.
2. Press PRINT. The list of connection activities will be printed.
3. Press STOP to quit the menu.
TO CLEAR A TRANSMISSION FROM THE MEMORY
Having printed the connection activity list and identified the connection activity corresponding to the
transmission you want to delete by means of the reference number, proceed as follows:

Press MEM. STAT. .
2.
Press START.
Press ∨ ∨ ∨ ∨ ∨ or ∧ ∧ ∧ ∧ ∧ to select the connection activity of the transmission you want to delete

Press CLEAR.
5.
Press STOP twice to quit the menu.

Press MEM.STAT. .
Press ∨ ∨ ∨ ∨ ∨ four times to display the "No. DOC.IN MEMORY" function.

Press START.
Press ∨ ∨ ∨ ∨ ∨ or ∧ ∧ ∧ ∧ ∧ to select the document you want to delete.

5.
Press STOP twice to quit the menu.
