2. Press ∨ ∨ ∨ ∨ ∨ four times to move on to the "Total number
of documents in the memory" function.
3. Press START to activate the function selected.
The display shows the first parameter.
If the message "END OF LIST" appears on the display
for a few seconds when you press START, this means
that no document has been stored. In this case, the
facsimile machine returns to the "MEMORY STATUS"
menu functions.
4. Press ∨ ∨ ∨ ∨ ∨ or ∧ ∧ ∧ ∧ ∧ to select the document you require, e.g.
0009. Otherwise type the reference number directly on
the numeric keypad.
If you try to display a non-existent document, the
message "NON-EXISTENT DOCUMENT" appears on
the display for a few seconds.
If the message "END OF LIST" appears on the display
for a few seconds when you press the ∨ ∨ ∨ ∨ ∨ key, this means
that there are no more documents in the memory.
5. Press < or > to display the remaining reference
parameters:
" PAGE NO.: "
" DOCUMENT IN.: "
" DATE/TIME: "
" DESTINATION ID..: "
(The example given uses the "DATE/TIME" parameter.)
6. Press STOP once to return to the "MEMORY STATUS"
menu functions, or:
press STOP twice to quit the menu.
