CLEARING PROGRAMMED DATA FOR ONE-TOUCH AND CODED SPEED DIALLING
If you like, you can clear the data programmed under one-touch dialling keys, speed dialling codes and program
keys.
When a one-touch dialling key or speed dialling code has been associated with a program key, the data cannot
be cleared until the key or code has been excluded from the program key.
This section describes the data clearing procedure in relation to the one-touch key and speed code storing
procedures described in the previous sections.
To clear the data stored under program keys, see the "Clearing programmed data for group dialling (program
keys).

The facsimile machine is on. One-touch dialling keys and speed dialling codes have been programmed.
Position the mask (right-hand section of the console) to display the function keys.

Follow the procedure described in steps 1 and 2 of the
"PROGRAMMING ONE-TOUCH DIALLING KEYS"
section or the procedure described in steps 1, 2 and
3 of the "PROGRAMMING SPEED DIALLING CODES
- NORMAL AND EXTENDED" sections.
Example: follow the procedure described in steps 1
and 2 of the "PROGRAMMING ONE-TOUCH
DIALLING KEYS" section.

- For one-touch dialling keys: type the one-touch
dialling key number directly on the numeric keypad
or lower the mask and press the relevant key.
- For speed dialling codes: type the speed dialling
code directly on the numeric keypad.
