The core processor has an LED that indicates different meter conditions.

Plug the terminal blocks into the terminal board.
Replace the lid on the sensor junction box.
Maintain power to the transmitter.
Remove the core processor lid. The core processor is intrinsically safe and can be
opened in all environments.
Check the state of the core processor LED.
