Trainings functions
Stroke control
If a value (e.g. 32) has been entered under Presets ->SPM,
the current number of strokes/min will be compared to this
value. If there is a deviation of -/+ 4 strokes, the Up or Down
arrow will appear on the display, indicating the deviation.
Note:
For pulse profiles, it is particularly important to
maintain a constant stroke frequency, as otherwise
the regulation according to one or more pulse
values will not work. Therefore, for support, the
acoustic stroke indication is to be selected under
Presets ->acoustic stroke indication that supports
you in adhering an even frequency by giving sig-
nal tones.
Display of Performance
Performance may be displayed in two ways:
1. As average performance via the
oarstroke
display: POWER
2. As peak performan-
ce of the oarstroke
display:
MAX POWER
Press "AVG/MAX" or the "Down" key of the radio remote
control to skip from one performance display to the other.
