Usage Configure the Disconnect message, verbose mode text and numeric code.
Omitting the code will use the default value. If verbose (above) is disabled
the numeric code is displayed.
Use "show disconnect-message" to show the current setting.

Syntax [no] user-message command <COMMAND> text <MESSAGE>

Usage Configures custom user strings and answer. The answer can be up to 64
characters long including line breaks.
Use "show user-message" to show the current setting.
