Parameter Access Error Detection Function

This function allows the following parameter access errors to be detected.
• Slave module hardware error (error code: 012C
• Parameter access target module ID error (error code: 012E
• Parameter value error (error code: 012F
• Parameter access error (error code: 0130
• Slave module status error (error code: 0131
• Same ID used error (error code: 0190
• No ID setting error (error code: 0191
(1) How to check the parameter access error status
The parameter access error status is listed below.
